he fitness category is saturated with content that looks the same — aspirational bodies, clean gyms, motivational language. None of it sticks because none of it feels specific. The trainers launching with the Studio were the differentiator. Each one had a distinct identity, a following, a real relationship with their community. The brand already had the asset. It just needed a system to let them breathe.

Launch 15 trainers across a multi-platform rollout — simultaneously — while maintaining a coherent visual identity across all of them. Scale without flattening.

We built a dual content system: performance content that showed trainers working, and lifestyle content that showed who they were off the mat. The visual framework was flexible enough to accommodate 15 different personalities while staying unmistakably Lululemon. The production was designed from the start for scale — one framework, 75+ assets, full platform coverage. The system did the work so the creative didn't have to repeat itself.
