  • Beauty audiences don't convert on product specs. They convert on texture, feeling, and the social permission to be playful. Influencer-driven social content consistently generates significantly higher engagement than traditional product marketing — but only when influencers feel like co-creators, not talent on a shot list.

  • Glow Recipe needed to launch the Watermelon Glow Pink Moisturizer and Jelly Face Mask in a way that broke from the overly polished, product-forward beauty shoot — and built something influencers would actually want to post. The activation had to feel authentic to each creator's voice while remaining unmistakably Glow Recipe, across a range of formats (Stories, Reels, carousel) and a tight production window.

  • Built a modular creative system anchored in dewy, playful storytelling — centering natural light, product texture, joyful skincare moments, and real-time experiences over staged setups. Directed on-site production in the Hamptons with real-time adaptability: adjusting creative concepts scene-to-scene based on lighting shifts, weather, and each influencer's natural rhythms and comfort. Introduced a handheld stabilization system that allowed for dynamic, cinematic movement without heavy gear — preserving spontaneity without sacrificing polish. Delivered customized content packages per influencer: short-form video, carousel photos, boomerang loops, and Story stickers designed to integrate seamlessly into their feeds. Also developed a close-up product film in an editorial, social-native style — treating the Watermelon Mask as a visual object worthy of its own cinematic moment.
